Relaxation Massage
A full body massage gently working and relaxing the soft tissues of the body. Taking away the accumulated tension and stress of daily living and leaving you feeling  Warm, Relaxed and Rejuvenated.

Reflexology   In this wonderful relaxing and non-invasive treatment, (I have clients who love this treatment aged 8-80 years old) the feet mirror the condition of the body and reflect traumatic imbalances. Treatment allows us to re balance the body systems (digestive, hormonal, immune, and emotional), thereby relieving stress and tension, encouraging healing, and creating a feeling of general well-being.

Bodywork Plus!
This one and a half hour long specialized treatment package addresses relief of accumulated stress, general aches and pains, internal and external imbalances. Using a combination of therapeutic massage and reflexology you will be taken into a deep state of relaxation and any imbalances will be addressed.

Whole Body Detox System
